Outstanding from the beginning to the end. They sent a rep just after our flood, explained everything that the would need to be done. After we were approved from the insurance company they started right away. They kept detailed record of items that were damaged beyond cleaning and what could be cleaned. The demolition was done in a timely fashion and were very thorough. They were very clean and left no mess. We also used them to do the rebuild of our basement, worked around our schedule and kept us updated on any delays. They respected our concerns on any questions we had throughout the repair. Dion the person that did the majority of the rebuild is very professional. He has a lot of knowledge and cares about the customer. The timeline they set out was kept. They respected our home and treated it like a persons home instead of a work site. I would recommend them from the beginning to the conclusion of the job.
