We had a heavily smoked garage from a kerosene heater. Matt was our first contact. He asked if he could use a new project manager for this job, I was fine with that. They did a great job on cleaning the walls and ceiling. I had them paint and some extra taping. There were some deficiencies in the painting and taping. I brought this to Matt’s attention. He met me on site. He noticed more deficiencies than I noticed. He had his project manager and trades return to rectify the deficiencies quickly to my satisfaction. All trades were professional.
