Here's How it Works

In the event that soft or textile contents have been affected by water, fire or smoke damage, we categorized your affected items to ensure they are suitable for cleaning.

We then use the industrial Esporta iS4000 washing machine to gently clean your items. The Esporta uses a process called hydraulic action. This means that instead of traditional agitation cleaning, the machine uses chambers, or pockets, inside the drum, with your items placed inside. Along with proprietary detergents and water, this process completes the cleaning process, gently restoring your items to as good as new.

Items are returned to you in protective packaging, clean, dry and smelling good.
